Keith Pritchette received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Northeastern University in 2000, and went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2003. Some of Keith’s past work experience includes interning with orthopedic clinics in Phoenix and Boston, as well as with Boston Medial Center Hospital, Bentley College in Waltham, MA and Carl T. Hayden Veterans Hospital in Phoenix. Keith has spent his whole career specializing in Orthopedic Sports Medicine and has worked with both amateur and professional athletes, as well as the general population. He also served as an athletic trainer for two Phoenix-area high schools. Keith’s greatest assets include strong manual therapy skills, ability to create challenging and unique exercise programs, and his dedication to all of his patients. Keith also serves as Rehab Plus Ahwatukee’s Clinical Education Coordinator, where he oversees the undergraduate internship and doctorate of physical therapy clinical rotation programs.
Revonne is a Certified Peak Pilates Level 3 Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in working with athletes and dancers as well as the general population. Revonne is offering private pilates sessions at Rehab Plus Ahwatukee, the emphasis of her sessions is to assist in elongating an individual’s muscles and tendons, as well as increase core strength in a safe and extremely effective manner. Revonne also offers Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Table Thai, and Pregnancy Massage to those individuals in need. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Inner Vision Yoga in Chandler, Arizona in 2004 and received her Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification (including Chair and Barrel 1 and 2) in 2009.
Revonne is a graduate of The Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College (1983). She is known and loved for her “firm” yet gentle massages that relax and restore the body and soul. Revonne is a dedicated wife and mother of boy/girl twins. Revonne’s personal mission and intention is to inspire others through Pilates, massage, yoga, and mindful affirmations to support and embrace their healthy bodies,to calm their minds and to live with presence and passion. Jennifer joined the Rehab Plus Ahwatukee team in 2010 bringing her 5 years of medical administration experience to our team.
She is a born and raised Arizona native and enjoys all outdoor activities. When she is not working she spends her free time with her family and son.

Janese was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. She moved to Arizona in 2006 and graduated from Carrington College with her Physical Therapy Technician Certification in 2009.
She enjoys soccer, camping, road trips, watching movies and eating good food. She brings her relaxed island background and awesome smile to create a fun and relaxed environment for our physical therapy patients. Her goal is to continue gaining experience and growth within the physical therapy field.
Jesse joined the team late last year and rounds out our versatile team. He has been working in physical therapy since 2010 and brings a “No quitters allowed” attitude.
Jesse served in the Marine Corp from 2002-2007 and spent much of his time in Iraq working closely with foreign political officials and tribal leaders. He is a proud father of a 2 year old son and 6 year old daughter. He enjoys grilling and competed with the Rehab Plus Crew in the 2012 Tough Mudder.
Grace is the newest member of our Rehab Plus Ahwatukee team and brings 5 years of experience in massage therapy. She comes from a large family with 5 siblings and is a native of Arizona, born and raised in Tempe. Her specialties include myotherapy, soft tissue integration and rehabilitation along with Myofascial Release Techniques. She also has a focus on deep muscular re-education, energy balancing and development. In her spare time she enjoys art, specifically in photography.
